I am sooo happy I got to go to Historic Garden Week in Lynchburg Virginia!

Even though this house is not on the tour it's one of my favorites.

 I grew up in this area and have always admired the architecture and gardens.

Golly Bard Paintings

I've been wanting to tell you about this great artist who shares my design studio.

Her real name is Holly Bimba and I love the fact that she takes all of her paintings from nature,
gives them a little twist and turns them into a whimsical fairytale.

I love the sweet gentle love between these two doves.

And I just love this period! It gives me hope for spring and gardening.
